CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Druva Inc., the leader in cloud data protection and management, in its annual Security 100 list in the Identity Management and Data Protection category. Druva was recognized for enhancements to deliver best in class data protection and governance for cloud workloads, as well as for the acquisition of Druva CloudRanger, Druva’s data protection solution for AWS workloads. Together these advancements and continued innovation makes Druva the industry’s first and only SaaS platform able to support data sources on the edge, on-premises and in cloud workloads.
According to ESG Group, within two years more than two thirds of organizations expect over 30 percent of their data in the cloud will be sensitive information*. During this cloud shift, ensuring disaster recovery and managing underlying data governance has become a critical need. As organizations transform their business with cloud, Druva delivers data protection and management across edge, on-premises and cloud workloads, eliminating the dependence on complex infrastructure, through a consumption-based model.
“CRN’s 2019 Security 100 list identifies top technology companies that are meeting high levels of demand with the most innovative security solutions on the market, enabling businesses to grow uninterrupted,” said Bob Skelley, CEO of The Channel Company. “The core elements of today’s businesses all depend upon reliable security-first solutions.”
“This year has been a phenomenal year of growth for Druva, in part due to the commitment and dedication from our channel partners,” said Jaspreet Singh, CEO and founder, Druva. “ We’re excited to be recognized for a second year in a row by CRN. We want to thank our partners for their continued support and collaboration as we continue to grow market share and develop our best-in-class data management and protection platform.”
